In a world of over-hyped fluffy marketing of crappy products and even worse customer service, Rossman Repair Group is a breath of fresh air. All business, no-nonsense, simple and friendly customer interaction and extremely professional. Louis' YT videos put the company on my radar, but a close trusted friend of mine had to have a few devices fixed a few different times and he raved about their customer service. Best in NYC! If ever I need any service again, these guys are my go-to. Highly recommended.

I just got my laptop back from a mail-in logic board repair. I live in Hawaii and there is no one here that could do such a repair besides Apple themselves for a full repair at $800+ I mailed it in, it was easy, I was informed along the way and now I have my laptop back and I paid less than half the estimate from apple. I am very happy.

Good guys, no nonsense, got the job done. Wasn't cheap ($353 for a macbook air screen repair) but looks like new and was available same-day.They also have secondhand laptops for sale, which is a viable option (macbook pros starting ~700).

If there were more people like Louis out there, the world would probably be a better place. Keep up the good work!

Words cannot describe the excellence of Louis's work, and his professionality in execution. I am religiously against Apple products due to Apple's consumer practices making it unlikely that Louis will see much of my business in the future, (he specializes in Apple products) I will give this company my money every single chance I get. There are fewer than 5 companies in existence that I can say that for. If Louis or one of his employees ever sees this, thank you for your service. I love the work that you do, and my only complaint is that you don't have more access to Samsung parts. Although, I suspect that is not his fault.

Twice was saved by Rossmann Repair. First it was liquid damaged MacBook Air, now Iphone SE 2020 who conveniently, after 1 year manufacturer warranty ran out, threw vertical stripes over the screen. Very reasonable repair pricing. Both times used mail in option, since parking nearby is “mission impossible”.

Extremely knowledgeable staff that care about fixing your device for far less than it would cost to replace it. Don't act like a jerk in here just because you are frustrated that your expensive machine is broken. The lady in front of me literally had her problem diagnosed (case opened, board examined, hard drive and ram tested) for free, mind you, only to discover that the issue was just her broken charger cable. She was complaining that they didn't contact her promptly during the Thanksgiving holiday. She was acting anxiously and kept trying to blame them until she found out she didn't owe them any money; then she ran out. Don't act like that. These are smart people that are trying to help you.

I've been a customer of Louis' for over 10 years, back when I Lived in Manhattan. He always did a great job in repairing my laptops, and was always more than generous with his time and expertise. Equally important was that he was more than honest. Even after moving to NJ, I always make the trip into the city to have Louis' team work on my computers, I really don't trust anyone else. Yesterday I had an issue and the guys took my machine and repaired it right there. Another example of their great service. As always, it is working great once again. Just want to say thanks again to the folks at Rossmann Macbook repairs, I highly recommend them! Kevin
